Data collected and purposes
We collect the following data, only when you write to us via the contact form: • First and last name • Email address • Phone (optional) • Subject of the request • Content of your message Purpose: respond to your information or booking request. This data is not used for commercial purposes nor transmitted to third parties for prospecting purposes. The legal basis for processing is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), expressed via the checkbox on the contact form.
Data recipients
Your data is received exclusively by the publisher of the site. For technical management of the form, it transits through our partner Rental Manager (rental management software internal to the TripnSun ecosystem); no data is resold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. When you click «Book», you are redirected to tripnsun.com, which then becomes the data controller for the booking. See their privacy policy on tripnsun.com.
Retention period
Your data is retained: • For contact form inquiries: 3 years from the last contact, in accordance with French data protection authority (CNIL) recommendations on prospecting. • For data related to an effective booking (handled by TripnSun): see TripnSun's policy. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
